I'm hoping you guys can help me find a fic. I've read through checkmated and parts of SIYE and PhoenixSong but still can't find it. I've also tried google but no luck. I don't remember the title or author, it was written pre-HBP.

 

In the story, Harry goes off to fight Voldemort with Dumbledore but before he goes, he and Ginny spend the night together and she gets pregnant. In order to protect the baby Ginny goes into hiding as a muggle in America.

 

Harry finally kills Voldemort (8 years later) comes back to Ron & Hermione who have 3 little girls and they tell him Ginny's gone and give him a letter that she left with clues to find her. Harry then goes in search of her, the rest is h/g getting back together and Harry meeting his son.

 

There's also a short sequel with h/g going on their honeymoon and harry wanting another child because he missed so much of his son's life.
